With your help, we are raising money to care for dogs who need medical care, temporary boarding and or training before they go to their forever homes. At this time, we are needing to spay 2 dogs, neuter one, one needs a dental, one will need ACL surgery and one is recovering from surgery for a sever elbow break and physical therapy is in his future. There will be more who may otherwise be euthanized if we are not able to help them. Please show off the dog you care for and help us care for our in the process.

Akhari is a happy female, 10-month-old lab/shepherd mix whose favorite things are swimming, playing fetch, and chasing her tail. She's always thrilled to meet new people and is very social. She does well with other dogs and enjoys frequenting the dog park, but needs a cat-free home. Akhari is housebroken and will let you know when she needs to relieve herself. She knows basic commands - "sit", "come", "leave it", "shake", and "down". Akhari weighs 60-pounds and is healthy, spayed, and fully up-to-date on her vaccines. She's even crate trained! Akhari is being re-homed due to issues with the resident cat. She needs to find a new home with an active family or another dog, as she is still a puppy and has lots of energy. Can you give this sweet girl a home?
