With your help, we are raising money to care for dogs who need medical care, temporary boarding and or training before they go to their forever homes. At this time, we are needing to spay 2 dogs, neuter one, one needs a dental, one will need ACL surgery and one is recovering from surgery for a sever elbow break and physical therapy is in his future. There will be more who may otherwise be euthanized if we are not able to help them. Please show off the dog you care for and help us care for our in the process.

Violet

Little Miss Violet is a special girl! She’s a senior, looking for a home that understands senior dogs and has lots of love to give. Violet is a Chihuahua mix who weighs 18 pounds. She’s 11-years-old, but still likes to cuddle and play. It takes a bit for Violet to warm up to new people, but once she’s comfortable, she’ll enjoy pets and cuddles! She’s a little selective about how/where she likes to be touched, and is protective of her people, so she needs a quiet home without children. Violet tends to ignore cats, but loves to be the center of attention, so other dogs are iffy. Like many seniors, Violet has some medical issues which we’ll be glad to discuss with interested adopters. Can you give Violet a loving home in her senior years?
