Sheldon

Sheldon is a senior doodle of some kind who LOVES to eat and go for walks. We suspect he’s between 13 and 15 years old and definitely has some level of hearing impairment. Sadly, he was living in Omaha and spending long days kenneled in a cage that was too small for him, and his previous owner only provided minimal vet care.

Our “Shelly” is very thin, but otherwise healthy for his age as far as vets can tell us. His bloodwork is immaculate, but he does best if he is fed every few hours. We’re trying to find someone who is home most of the time and can give him a retirement home of his own.

Sheldon had 17 teeth removed during his dental and was recently groomed. He’s house trained and doesn’t seem to mind the snow. We also think he’d do fine in a home with other pets, as long as he is not given the chance to steal their food.
